A modern, low-profile concrete building sits on a gentle slope surrounded by trees and dry, grassy landscape under a partly cloudy sky, capturing the serene elegance found in luxury villas in Comporta.

Age policy:
To preserve the tranquility of our guests, the minimum age to stay at Pa.te.os is 7 years old for an individual house booking. If you reserve the four houses together (buyout), there is no minimum age.

Booking policy:
Prepayment of the total amount of the stay is required.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Wire transfers.

Cancellation policy:
You can cancel your reservation until 30 days before your arrival date to avoid charges and receive a full refund. No refund is possible for cancellation made less than 30 days before date of arrival.
