Pa.te.os gastronomy is based on a farm-to-table concept. As part of the slow-living approach of the place, we source seasonal, organic and local ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Like an invitation to celebrate the Terroir of Alentejo, each meal is meant to be shared among friends and family with conviviality at heart.

Pa.te.os gastronomy experiences in the hands of chef Sergi Sanz: originally from Spain, chef Sanz’s cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean traditions while enhancing the purity of noble products. With his team at Pa.te.os, he creates flavourful and authentic meals that fill you with happy memories.

Breakfast

Every morning, breakfast is set inside your house and delivered at the time that you define – anytime of the day.

From the choice of products, the setting and the service, Pa.te.os breakfast is an experience curated to make you feel at home.

The table is filled with freshly baked homemade breads along with eggs of the day, organic yogurt and granola and seasonal fruits and vegetables. A variety of hot coffees, teas and freshly squeezed juices are also available.

Lunches and Dinners

We have created a home dining experience inspired from the farm-to-table concept.

With a menu honouring the family type of meals, the home dining experience offers a heartwarming and generous gastronomy. From our farmed chicken with prunes, tangerine salad and delicious meringue lemon tart, each meal reminds a feeling of home.

Home dining is quietly delivered and set inside your house or your private outdoor patio upon request. You can order your preferences ahead of your arrival.

Ideal for gatherings, the Pérgula hosts memorable culinary experiences outside. Enveloped by the sea breeze, this serene space welcomes you among the vineyards, around a long table that accommodates up to 14 guests.

Here we bring Pa.te.os gastronomic concept outdoors with a farm-to-table menu designed around Mediterranean influences that celebrates the local Terroir.
