Here we bring Pa.te.os gastronomic concept outdoors with a farm-to-table menu designed around Mediterranean influences that celebrates the local Terroir.

A platter with a whole cooked lobster served on a bed of leafy greens, garnished with chopped vegetables and herbs, set on a table with empty plates and glasses nearby, brings a taste of Portugal’s farm-to-table freshness to your meal.

Pérgula is an interactive experience with the chef cooking on embers in front of you. Fresh and flavourful, every meal is meant to be shared and serve at least two people.
